Well-being: Orange and Papaya Juice Recipe for Relieving Constipation

- Publicité-

Constipation presents symptoms such as hard and dry stools that can be difficult to pass, causing pain, as well as bloating and abdominal discomfort. Often, this condition is triggered by the consumption of foods low in fiber and lack of physical activity.

To help alleviate constipation, we propose a recipe for orange and papaya juice. These fruits, rich in fibers, can help facilitate bowel movements and the evacuation of stools.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange;
  • 1/2 papaya, cut into cubes.

Preparation

Peel the orange and cut it into cubes. Place the orange and papaya in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.

It is recommended to drink this juice first thing in the morning and before bedtime for 3 days.

Besides drinking this juice, it is important to maintain a diet high in fiber and to engage in regular physical exercise.
