This preparatory step aims to strengthen the technical and organizational skills of staff responsible for the smooth conduct of the vote.
The opening ceremony of the proceedings was held at the institution’s headquarters, in the presence of CENA officials and the trainers designated to oversee this activity.

It was marked by the presentation of the training objectives, focusing on a better mastery of electoral procedures and the tools for managing the process.
During the first day, participants were familiarized with several key modules, notably the roles and responsibilities of electoral agents, the different types of documents to be used, as well as the rules of conduct to observe in the field.

The stated objective is to equip each agent with the knowledge necessary to effectively carry out their duties in the offices and voting centers.

The training will continue until January 9, 2026, when participants will have completed all the programmed modules. Through this initiative, CENA aims to ensure a high level of professionalism and rigor among the actors responsible for administering the elections, in order to strengthen the transparency and credibility of the upcoming elections.
