PACOFIDE: two procurement positions open, applications accepted until September 30

PACOFIDE announced on September 18, 2026, in Cotonou, the opening of two recruitment positions in procurement. It is seeking a specialist and an assistant, with applications due by September 30 at the latest.

The two announcements are listed in the official procurement section of PACOFIDE. The specialist position is offered under a one-year renewable fixed-term contract, full-time, with a three-month probation period. The position is based within the project management unit in Cotonou.

For the specialist role, candidates must hold a Bac+5 degree in fields related to public procurement, law, economics, management, finance, or engineering. The announcement requires fifteen years of professional experience, including at least ten years in procurement, as well as experience on large-scale projects funded by the World Bank or other technical and financial partners.

PACOFIDE is an initiative of the Beninese government financially supported by the International Development Association. Launched in 2020 for a duration of ten years, the project aims to enhance productivity and access to markets for several agri-food value chains in Benin.
