On Sunday, September 20, the final day of Food Temple Morocco allows visitors to enjoy both tagine and pastilla without leaving Paris. At the Carreau du Temple, the tenth edition blends Moroccan cuisine, knowledge sharing, and craftsmanship from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.

The event goes beyond mere tasting. Free and open masterclasses feature chefs and artisans discussing recipes and techniques, while pre-registered workshops invite the public to get hands-on in the kitchen. The fee for these workshops is set at 15 euros.

Inside the hall, pop-up restaurants and a tea room extend the experience with classic Moroccan dishes and contemporary creations. Chef Fatéma Hal and cook Abdel Alaoui serve as the godmother and godfather of this anniversary edition, organized as part of the Mediterranean Season 2026.

The market also shifts focus to the art of living. Spices, olive and argan oils, sweets, ceramics, and decorative items create a small souk where artisans and producers converge. Photography and music complement the program without overshadowing the central role of cuisine.

Entry to the festival is free, excluding meals and workshops. The Carreau du Temple is located at 2 rue Perrée, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. The musical program includes a closing concert from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm this Sunday.
