CIPRES: Three Inspector Positions Open to Beninese Officials Until September 30

The Inter-African Conference on Social Welfare (CIPRES) has opened three inspector positions responsible for providing support and assistance to social welfare organizations (OPS). In Benin, eligible officials can submit their applications until September 30, 2026, to the office of the minister in charge of social welfare.

This recruitment marks the thirteenth competition organized by CIPRES and is part of the action plan adopted by the ministerial council on December 5, 2025. It is open to senior officials from member states of the organization.

The required profile includes at least a Bac+5 in management, management control, auditing, law, actuarial science, or public administration, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in a senior management position. Candidates must be between 35 and 50 years old as of the competition’s opening date and must demonstrate skills in study, diagnosis, evaluation, and drafting strategic documents.

Applications submitted in member states must then be forwarded to the Executive Secretariat of CIPRES by October 15, 2026. The application package must include a cover letter, a birth certificate, a nationality certificate, a criminal record dated within the last three months, certified copies of diplomas, a curriculum vitae, a professional experience certificate, and a medical fitness certificate.

Two written tests followed by an oral interview

Eligibility is based on a six-hour case study, weighted at 3, and a four-hour technical file study, weighted at 2. A score below 10 out of 20 in either test is disqualifying. The six best candidates who achieve an average of at least 12 out of 20 will proceed to the oral interview.

The interview, held at the CIPRES headquarters in Lomé, may last up to two hours. Candidates who pass must score at least 80 points; their appointment and start date will then be proposed by the Supervisory Commission to the ministerial council for a decision.
