The former member of the Orchestre Poly Rythmo, Bentho, will be laid to rest on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Vassého Cemetery. Here is the schedule of his funeral services.

Having passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, the former bassist and leader of the famous Beninese orchestra, Poly Rythmo, Gustave Eustache Akinchola, better known as Bentho, will be taken to his final resting place at the Vassého Cemetery in Ouidah on Saturday, April 6, 2024. Prior to the burial, prayer vigils will be held in his memory. One on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 8 pm, and another on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 8 pm at his residence in Gbégamey, Cotonou.

This will be followed by a posthumous tribute on Friday, April 5, at 4 pm, after the body is retrieved from the morgue.
