The suspense is over for the fans of the famous singer Josey: the release date of her new album has been revealed. In an official announcement on her Facebook page on Sunday, April 7th, Josey not only shared the much-anticipated date but also the captivating title of her upcoming musical masterpiece.

The esteemed Ivorian singer, Josey, real name Josée Priscille Gnakrou, plans to enchant her audience at the Casino de Paris in May 2024. While tickets sold out in a flash, she wanted to make an impact in advance of this major event. To the great pleasure of her fans in Côte d’Ivoire, Josey performed a series of impromptu concerts at iconic locations in Abidjan, receiving a warm welcome from her admirers.

These spontaneous performances, a first in the country, have helped to strengthen the bond between the artist and her community of fans. Continuing her rise, Josey also serves as an influential coach in the Ivorian version of the hit show The Voice Afrique Francophone, alongside artistic figures such as Didi B, Onel Mala, and Mix Premier. Touched by the loyalty of her supporters, she expressed her gratitude for their overwhelming enthusiasm through a heartfelt message of thanks published on her Facebook page on Sunday, April 7th.

We are filled with the privilege of having accompanied you these past few days during Surprise Live Music sessions in various public spaces, thus spreading moments of happiness and positive vibes. Our intention was simple: to share love and good vibrations with you, our precious, our family, without distinction of category, age, or ethnicity. Your response has been more than favorable; it has been unanimous and universal, tinged with sincere warmth and gratitude. Your feedback has touched us right in the heart and we are deeply grateful for it,” she wrote.

On the same note, Josey, whose new album is eagerly awaited by her many fans for this month of April, has finally given the title and the release date. “It is with immense joy that I announce the official release of my new album entitled: ‘Universal Vibration’, on April 26th, 2024. This title embodies our desire to connect hearts and uplift spirits through the power of music. We hope this album will be able to transport you, move you, and inspire you as much as it has inspired me in creating it,” she adds. before thanking her audience: “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your unwavering support and receptiveness. Your warm welcome gives us the motivation to continue our musical journey with even more passion and commitment. With Love and Gratitude, Josey.” The Ivorian singer did not reveal the number of tracks on the album and the various collaborations she has made with other African or Ivorian artists. Long before, Ivorians already had the opportunity to listen to two songs from the new musical production, namely ‘SOS’ and ‘To our friends.’
