King’s Cup: Robert Lewandowski ruled out for the Barça–Atlético Madrid clash.
Barça will be without Robert Lewandowski, injured in his left eye socket, as the Blaugrana face Atlético Madrid this week in the Copa del Rey.

FC Barcelona will have to do without Robert Lewandowski for the return leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final against Atlético Madrid. The Blaugrana, heavily beaten 4-1 in the first leg, will try to overturn the tie without their Polish striker.
The Catalan club announced on Sunday that the striker is suffering from a fracture of the left orbit, sustained during the match against Villarreal. “Lewandowski injured himself during the match against Villarreal. Medical examinations have revealed a fracture of the left orbit. He will not play against Atlético Madrid,” the statement said.
At 37 years old, the former Bayern Munich striker is having a more subdued season, with coach Hansi Flick often opting for other attacking options, notably Ferran Torres. Lewandowski had, however, found the back of the net in the 4-1 victory over Villarreal on Saturday. A major setback for Barça, already with their backs to the wall ahead of this decisive trip.
