Spice Girls: 160 tracks and four unreleased demos to celebrate their 30th anniversary

The Spice Girls unveiled on Thursday, September 10, The Singles Collection, a box set designed to celebrate their 30th anniversary. The CD version will feature 160 tracks across 14 discs, including all their singles, B-sides, rare remixes, and four previously unreleased demos.

Among these archives is “Do You Think About Me,” presented by the group’s official store as one of their earliest recordings. Two bonus discs, dedicated to “Step To Me” and “Tell Me Why,” will complete this edition, which is set to be released on November 6, 2026.

The box set will also include a 32-page booklet featuring new messages from all five Spice Girls: Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, and Geri Halliwell. Five collectible cards and a commemorative item for the 30th anniversary are also announced.

A vinyl edition will accompany this release, featuring 14 colored 45 RPM records, the original single covers, their main B-sides, and two unreleased demos, including “Do You Think About Me.” The group is thus bringing its catalog back into the spotlight as the celebrations of its three decades rekindle interest in its history.

The announcement ends the suspense created the day before by a teaser released on the Spice Girls’ official channels. The short clip featured visual elements associated with “Wannabe” and promised a reveal on September 10, sparking much speculation about the nature of the project.

The reveal pertains to a new music collection rather than a tour announcement. All five members contributed to the editorial content of the box set through new messages, while the group’s archives provide the rare recordings highlighted in this edition.

The Singles Collection will be released on November 6, 2026, nearly thirty years to the week after the release of Spice, the album that placed the Spice Girls at the heart of global pop.
