False accusation case: Hosée Houngnibo acquitted, given the benefit of the doubt.
The Court for the Repression of Economic Offences and Terrorism (CRIET) acquitted Hosee Houngnibo on Thursday, December 22, 2025, in a case of false accusation with which he had been charged.

In this context, the Court decided to acquit Hosee Houngnibo, giving him the benefit of the doubt, stressing that the alleged facts had not been established convincingly.
