The Ivorian Tourism Industry Fair (SITI) takes place this Friday, September 11, 2026, at the Onomo Allure Abidjan Baobab from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This year, the event, which is free for registered visitors, focuses on domestic tourism and training for industry professions.

Organized by ADAMIT in collaboration with the Directorate of Cooperation and Professionalization of the General Directorate of Tourism and Hospitality, the SITI brings together professionals, training institutions, and hospitality stakeholders around a theme centered on the role of training in the development of Ivorian tourism.

For the public, the interest extends beyond just a professional fair. The event is designed as a space for local communities, aiming to better showcase the professions, services, and players that shape the country’s tourism offerings.

This focus aligns with the priorities set by Ivorian authorities for the coming years. In June, the National Tourism Council highlighted the need to enhance the diversification of offerings, the digitalization of services, and the promotion of national parks to broaden the destination’s appeal.

The same National Tourism Council reported that the sector welcomed over 6.7 million visitors in 2025, generated 1,100 billion FCFA in tourism revenue, and represented approximately 675,000 jobs. These official figures reflect a market that is now seeking to better attract travelers residing in the country.

The SITI is part of EA26, a series of events organized by ADAMIT dedicated to the Ivorian tourism industry. A gala, the GAITI, is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, at the Noom Hotel Abidjan Plateau to continue discussions among industry professionals.

Visitors can access the SITI this Friday until 5:00 pm at the Onomo Allure Abidjan Baobab. Admission is free, with prior online registration required on the event’s platform.
