Olivia Yacé has dedicated over 6 million FCFA to the school year at the SOS Village in Abobo, on Monday, September 14, 2026, through her namesake foundation. The assistance benefits the Hermann Gmeiner Nursery and Primary School and includes covering the tuition for 11 girls.

SOS Children’s Villages Côte d’Ivoire estimates the support for the school fees of these 11 beneficiaries for the 2026-2027 year at 2.5 million FCFA. School kits have also been provided to the children, while teaching and educational materials have been donated to the staff.

RTI Infos assesses the total support provided by the Olivia Yacé Foundation at over 6 million FCFA. This initiative comes at the start of the new school year and extends an already established partnership with the SOS Village in Abobo.

The foundation had allocated the same amount of 2.5 million FCFA for the education of 11 girls in 2025-2026. According to SOS Children’s Villages Côte d’Ivoire, it also donated 100 chairs to improve the learning conditions at the institution.

Elected Miss Côte d’Ivoire 2021, Olivia Yacé has made education one of the focal points of her foundation’s work. During an event held at the same site in October 2025, her team had already presented this educational support as a commitment to promoting access to education and equal opportunities.

The renewal announced for 2026-2027 thus continues the support for the 11 young girls and the material assistance to the Hermann Gmeiner School within the SOS Village in Abobo.
