Millie Bobby Brown and her husband Jake Bongiovi have welcomed their second child through adoption. The couple introduced their son in a joint post shared on Instagram on September 17, 2026.

The photo features only the baby’s hand grasping a finger of Jake Bongiovi. The actress holds her husband’s hand and wears a ring that spells out the word “Mom.” Accompanying the image is a brief message directed at their little boy.

Just hours earlier, People had reported, citing a source close to the couple, that Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi had become parents for the second time through adoption. Their post later confirmed the arrival of a son, without revealing his name, age, or the date he joined the family.

The couple had previously adopted a daughter during the summer of 2025. Millie Bobby Brown announced this first adoption in August of that year, while requesting that the child’s privacy be respected.

A video of their family vacation in the Dolomites, published earlier in September, had sparked curiosity: the actress was seen carrying their daughter while Jake Bongiovi walked with a baby carrier attached to him. The new child was not visible at that time.

At 22 years old, the actress known for her role as Eleven in Stranger Things has repeatedly explained that adoption has been part of her plans since childhood. She has also stated her desire to allow her children to decide for themselves, when they are older, whether they wish to be in the public eye.

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi, son of singer Jon Bon Jovi, have been dating since 2021. They married in May 2024 in a private ceremony.
