Donnarumma burglary: Ilyas Kherbouch sentenced to nine years in prison

Ilyas Kherbouch has been sentenced to nine years in prison for his role in the violent burglary that occurred in July 2023 at the home of Gianluigi Donnarumma and his partner in Paris. The court found him guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping.
The Paris prosecutor’s office and Alfred Reboul, the convicted man’s lawyer, reported the decision to Reuters on September 12, 2026. The prosecution had sought a ten-year prison sentence.
At the time of the attack, the Italian goalkeeper was still playing for Paris Saint-Germain. Donnarumma and his partner were held captive in their home, according to initial details of the investigation reported in July 2023.
Kherbouch was accused of orchestrating the burglary from prison, where he was already serving a sentence for other offenses. The ruling, also reported by TF1 Info, confirms his involvement as an accomplice.
Alfred Reboul stated that his client has not yet decided whether to appeal the conviction.
