CAF Awards 2025: complete list of winners
The Confederation of African Football awards ceremony, held Monday evening in Rabat, largely went in favor of the host country. Achraf Hakimi and Ghizlane Chebbak were crowned players of the year, while Nigeria stood out on the women’s side with a new trophy for Chiamaka Nnadozie.

The CAF Awards 2025 ceremony took place Monday evening in Rabat, Morocco, marking an edition largely dominated by the host nation. In front of a gathering of African football stars, Morocco scooped several major awards, notably thanks to Achraf Hakimi and Ghizlane Chebbak, voted players of the year in their respective categories.
Nigeria also shone, winning the Women’s National Team of the Year trophy, while Chiamaka Nnadozie was crowned Goalkeeper of the Year for the third consecutive time. Victor Osimhen, a finalist, saw the prestigious African Player of the Year title go to Achraf Hakimi.
