Benin: A new head for intelligence services replacing Pamphile Zomahoun

As a replacement for the former head of Benin’s Intelligence Services, Pamphile Zomahoun, President Patrice Talon has appointed an interim successor.

The head of the Directorate of Liaison and Documentation Services (DSLD) of Benin, Pamphile Zomahoun, who has been named deputy ambassador, special envoy for Haiti, at the Benin embassy in Brasilia, now has a new acting chief. This individual is managing affairs pending the appointment of a permanent head. According to reports from Bip FM, Commander Orphée Hounkanrin, the replacement for Pamphile Zomahoun, took over the reins of the DSLD on the morning of Thursday, April 18, 2024.
