Baccalaureate Exam Review: Here’s how the results are announced in Benin
The proclamation of the Baccalaureate exam results in Benin follows a distinct and rigorous process, different from that of the CEP or BEPC. It is based on several well-defined stages that follow one after another.

- Everything starts with the deliberation of independent juries. In fact, hundreds of juries spread throughout the correction centers gather for a meticulous verification of the papers. This phase includes comparing manually inscribed grades with those entered on the computer, controlling coefficients, and calculating averages.
- This stage of the procedure is followed by lifting the anonymity. Once the verifications have been completed, each jury informs the Baccalaureate Office. It is at this point that the anonymity of the papers is lifted, which allows for the proclamation of the results at the level of each jury.
- After finalizing the work at the jury level, the Baccalaureate Office centralizes the data. The results are then made available on the official platform: www.eresultats.bj.
- But before making the results available online, the Baccalaureate Office holds a press conference. On this occasion, they present the official statistics of the results.
As a reminder, the results of the Baccalaureate exam for the June 2025 session will be available in the afternoon of Wednesday, June 9, 2025.
