Nigeria coach Eric Chelle has revealed the final squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. The Franco-Malian coach trimmed his group, reducing the list from 50 preliminary players to 28 for the finals.
The most notable absence is captain William Troost-Ekong, who officially announced his international retirement last week. In contrast, vice-captains Wilfred Ndidi and Victor Osimhen will be present to lead Nigeria in Morocco. In line with the CAF schedule, the deadline for submitting squads was set for December 10.
