A move that looks set to be delicate, with the Partenopei having to contend with strong competition from Turkey. Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, two giants of the Süper Lig, would also be very interested in the profile of the 28-year-old forward and ready to act as early as this month.
Already highly sought after last summer, Lookman did everything to join Inter Milan, but to no avail. The Nigerian winger has just returned from international duty, while his future could accelerate again in the coming weeks.
