Senegal: Wheat imports nearing one million tons
Senegal imported 982,106 tons of wheat in 2025, according to data from the National Agency for Statistics and Demography (ANSD). The volume is close to the million-ton threshold, in a context marked by increasing consumption and the development of processing capacities.
