Selection of probationary assistants: the interview phase starts Friday
The Ministry of Labour and Public Service announces the publication of the results of the written phase of the selection test for probationary assistant positions at Benin’s public universities.

According to the official statement signed by Minister Adidjatou A. Mathys, the juries have completed their deliberations and the results are now available on the ministry’s website.
Candidates declared admissible, across all specialties, are expected to attend the interview phase, which will take place on Friday, 21 November 2025 starting at 7 a.m., at Lycée Technique F. M. Coulibaly in Cotonou.
This stage is a decisive part of the selection process and will allow a more thorough assessment of the skills of the candidates who passed the written tests.
The ministry urges eligible candidates to present themselves on time and sends them its encouragement for the remainder of the process.
In a context where public universities are strengthening their academic capacity, this selection is strategically important for improving the quality of higher education.
