Johannesburg to host its first Women’s Health Expo on September 12
The event organized on Saturday in Sandton will feature yoga, Pilates, and HIIT, beauty and nutrition booths, as well as meetings with wellness professionals.

The Women’s Health Expo is set to arrive in Johannesburg on Saturday, September 12, marking its inaugural edition in the city after six years held in Cape Town. The event will take place from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel in Sandton.
The day will feature movement sessions, discussions with professionals, and booths dedicated to wellness, beauty, and lifestyle. The announced format will alternate between practical activities and discovery time, going beyond a traditional exhibition.
Yoga, Pilates, and HIIT are among the scheduled disciplines. The organizer also plans specialized classes and discussions on topics related to women’s wellness, with an audience expected for both physical activities and exchanges.
Exhibition spaces will cover areas including beauty, spa and personal care, nutrition, fashion, and lifestyle services. There will also be a focus on pregnancy, motherhood, and postpartum, in a setting described as open to the general public.
For this first edition in Johannesburg, Aspire Promotions anticipates between 300 and 400 participants and 30 to 40 exhibitors. This event extends a format that has been established for several years in Cape Town, now expanding to Gauteng.
Tickets on Quicket are priced from 170 rands, and the event is categorized as family-friendly. The program is set to take place over a single day, in the heart of Sandton, in close proximity to the Gautrain station.
The Women’s Health Expo is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel, located at the corner of Rivonia Road and West Street in the Sandton area of Johannesburg.
