Diplomacy: Romuald Wadagni out of the national territory this Monday

This official trip follows the honor invitation from his Mauritanian counterpart, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, according to a statement from the presidency of the Republic of Benin.
