The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) notified him of the decision on 26 November 2025, after noting several shortcomings in the handling of a procurement procedure.

According to the ARMP, the irregularities mainly concern delays, manipulations and a failure to meet deadlines in the publication of calls for tenders.

Three files were declared inadmissible by the regulatory council. These concern the enclosure works of the Dangbo district offices, the construction of kitchens and storage rooms in seven schools with cafeterias, as well as the drilling of two boreholes for the district offices of Hozin and Zounguè.

For the town hall’s Director of Technical Services, Saloufou Soubérou, these irregularities reflect a poor grasp of the rules and procedures relating to public procurement. Marc Dansou, however, rejects these accusations. He claims to be the victim of a maneuver aimed at tarnishing his reputation and harming the projects undertaken for the benefit of the municipality.

The file remains under ARMP supervision, which reiterates its commitment to enforce the rules of transparency and compliance in public procurement.
