Benin: key decisions from the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, November 19, 2025
The Council of Ministers met on Wednesday, 19 November 2025. The following decisions were taken:

●JUSTICE: Procedures for implementing conditional release.
●FINANCE: Appointment of statutory auditors for certain public enterprises.
COMMUNICATIONS
●JUSTICE: Recruitment of 50 judicial trainees and 50 court clerks for the year 2025.
●LIVING ENVIRONMENT AND TRANSPORT: Maintenance work on the Godomey-Akassato Interchange road section (15.640 km) and development of the service lanes at the Arconville junction in Akassato (5.300 km).
●LIVING ENVIRONMENT AND TRANSPORT: Updating the technical, environmental, social and safety studies of the Tchonvi footbridge, in the municipality of Sèmè-Podji.
●SOCIAL AFFAIRS: Organization of advanced technical training sessions for Beninese artisans for the year 2025.
●SOCIAL AFFAIRS: Approval of the National Child Protection Policy 2026-2035 and its 2026-2030 strategy.
