I- NORMATIVE MEASURES.

Under these measures, a decree approving the statutes of the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Catering Trades was adopted.

II- COMMUNICATIONS.

II-1. Delegated contracting authority mission in the context of health infrastructure construction projects.

The works concerned relate to the construction and equipping of the Allada National University Center for Psychiatry ; the Pahou Health Center, the rehabilitation of the building intended to house the cardiac rehabilitation unit of the Hubert K. MAGA National University Hospital Center (CNHU-HKM) in Cotonou. Also included are essential comfort works for the functionality of the Epidemic Treatment Center in Natitingou.

This mission must be conducted under the authority of the Minister of Health, in accordance with the terms of reference. 

II-2. Construction of office buildings for the services of the Tax Directorate.

This involves, on the one hand, erecting tax centers for medium-sized enterprises of Littoral 2 and Atlantique ; facilities dedicated to small businesses in the commune of Abomey Calavi; and, on the other hand, completing the R+3 building intended to house the Atlantique Finance Revenue Office.

These projects are initiated to meet the current operational needs of the tax administration and are part of the overall strategy to optimize efficiency and security, all aimed at providing a minimum level of comfort for staff and for serving users. 

To ensure proper execution of the works, the Council agreed to contract with experienced companies to carry out full project management services, delegated contracting authority responsibilities, or technical supervision/inspection as appropriate. 

II-3. Construction of a local playground in Parakou.

This project is intended to ensure the availability of modern sports facilities with suitable fields near the population for the practice of certain disciplines. Technical premises and other comfort equipment are also planned, with the aim of encouraging competitive sport among young people. 

Contracts for full project management services and technical supervision are authorized, to allow the actual start of the works proper.
