According to Bip Radio, the defendant is suspected of posing as a nursing assistant. He is accused of orchestrating a scam via social networks, particularly TikTok.

According to the prosecution, the man presented himself as a healthcare professional and offered fake online medical consultations. He then encouraged his victims to continue communications on WhatsApp, where he arranged video calls during which patients appeared naked. The images obtained were then allegedly used in blackmail attempts.

At the stand, the defendant denied all the charges. He says he was detained at his home on a Saturday and maintains that he does not own any phone linked to the case. The only device seized, he says, was his wife’s.

The public prosecutor sought a five-year prison term, including four years to be served, and a fine of one million francs. The verdict will be handed down on January 26, 2026.
