The Ministry of Secondary, Technical and Vocational Education carried out, on November 20, 2025, the deployment of around 1,200 Aspirants to the Teaching Profession. The corresponding lists were sent to the departmental directorates for implementation.

These teachers will be distributed among schools by the departmental directors, in line with the needs expressed by the heads of general secondary schools across the country.

The ministry is therefore responding to a number of requests reporting persistent shortages in certain subjects.

With this new operation, the total number of AME mobilized this year for secondary education now stands at just over 18,000. This increase in staff aims to reduce the number of classes without teachers, improve continuity of instruction and ensure better functioning of public schools.
