Ivorian DJ Baddest is set to perform this Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the Ariana Museum in Geneva for the grand final of the 50th edition of the La Bâtie Festival. The artist is among the special guests for a free musical day that concludes nearly three weeks of programming.

Organizers have announced sets and performances by Blanc Manioc and the Franco-Brazilian collective Furie Sound System, with Baddest and Senegalese artist Mara Seck as guests. The live music and DJ sets are scheduled from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Presented by the festival as a pioneer of the electro scene in Abidjan, Baddest crafts her sets from amapiano, batida, baile funk, kuduro, and afro-house. This signature style places the Ivorian DJ at the intersection of various African and international club scenes.

This appearance provides the Ivorian music scene with a new international platform during the closing day of an anniversary edition of La Bâtie, which runs from August 25 to September 13. The festival reports having offered over 50 events across about thirty partner venues and institutions in Geneva and its region.

The event at the Ariana Museum begins at 1:00 pm with a picnic and family programming, followed by the evening’s musical segment. Admission is free, and the day is expected to continue until midnight at 10 Avenue de la Paix in Geneva.
