The provisional receipt, accompanied by a notification of missing documents, was issued to them on November 4, 2025.

In accordance with regulations, the party has a 72-hour period to regularize its situation. This deadline therefore expires on Friday, November 7, 2025, a decisive date for the final validation of its file.

Several essential documents are still missing for a large number of candidates. A tight administrative scramble is therefore underway to avoid the exclusion of entire lists.

In the tense context of preparing for the 2026 general elections, every minute now counts for the opposition party, which is struggling to obtain some of the required administrative documents.

It should be noted that the parties Union Progressiste le Renouveau and Bloc Républicain completed their files on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Besides Les Démocrates, the CENA is also awaiting FCBE and MOELE-Bénin.
