According to the institution, this solution aims to simplify administrative procedures, eliminate geographical constraints and speed up the processing of applications.

The CENA specifies that the tool is secure, compliant with international standards and allows interested organizations to submit their requests online, as well as to draw up their observer deployment plans without constraint.

Access to the platform is via the CENA’s official portal. Submissions are open from 08 December 2025 to 08 January 2026.

The initiative marks an important step in the digitalization of the electoral process, ahead of the 2026 general elections.
