This comes as excellent news for Santos FC, who will soon be able to count on the Brazilian star once again. Sidelined since suffering a thigh injury during a match against Atletico Mineiro, the 33-year-old forward is now close to making his comeback, as reported by TNT Sports Brasil.
According to the outlet, Neymar is expected to be included in the squad for Santos’ upcoming Copa do Brasil clash against Clube de Regatas Brasil on May 23. There’s even a chance the Seleção striker could start the match.
