Cotonou: the mayor explains why the broken traffic lights have not yet been replaced.
Out of order for several months, many traffic lights in Cotonou, particularly the one at the Mènontin intersection, continue to disrupt traffic. In an interview with Bip Radio, Mayor Luc Sètondji Atrokpo explained the reasons for this delay and announced that the replacement work will start soon.
