Benin: ANaGeM opens applications to manage its two new commercial hubs
The National Agency for Market Management (ANaGeM) has launched the selection process for operators who will run its two new major facilities: the Grand Nokoué Agro-Food Hub in Abomey-Calavi and the General Mathieu Kérékou Commercial Hub in Cotonou.

Presented as commercial hubs capable of reshaping national and sub-regional trade, these two complexes bring together modern, structured spaces to optimize economic activity.
At the PAGN in Abomey-Calavi, several Calls for Expressions of Interest are open. They cover the management of administrative offices, the maquis area made up of 99 stalls, the large 1,697 m² gourmet restaurant, as well as a wash and repair station for light and heavy vehicles.
Guided tours will take place on 20 and 21 November 2025 to allow candidates to inspect the facilities.
The PC-GMK in Cotonou, known for its thematic districts—textiles, cosmetics, leather goods, jewelry—has opened AMI No. 5 for the concession of its 81 restaurants.
The offer covers everything from fast food to standard restaurants and large establishments integrated into the specialized zones. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 09:00.
ANaGeM’s Director General, Eunice Loisel Kiniffo, says that applications for the five AMIs must be submitted before Thursday, 27 November 2025 at 17:00, a deadline that precedes the selection phase for the future managers of these strategic facilities.
