The Nigeria head coach, Eric Chelle, has unveiled the list of players selected for the upcoming international break. The Super Eagles will face Iran and Jordan during this summer break.

The Nigeria national team head coach, Éric Chelle, has unveiled a list of 23 players for the upcoming friendly matches against Iran and Jordan. Among the mainstays called up are captain Wilfred Ndidi, as well as Alex Iwobi and Ademola Lookman. Other regulars, such as Calvin Bassey, Semi Ajayi, Moses Simon, Samuel Chukwueze and Akor Adams, are also in the squad.
This list features several new elements, including the first call-ups of Emmanuel Fernandez, Philip Otele and Yira Collins Sor. Between the posts, Maduka Okoye and Adebayo Adeleye return after missing the qualifying campaign for the AFCON 2025. The Super Eagles will face Iran on March 27 in Antalya, Turkey, before taking on Jordan on March 31, again within this international window.
