AFCON 2025: Angola’s squad list is out
The coach of Angola has unveiled the list of players selected for AFCON 2025 in Morocco. And Patrice Beaumelle has called up a 28-man Palancas Negras squad.

SUMMARY
Angola’s squad for the AFCON 2025 finals has been announced. Coach Patrice Beaumelle has indeed called up 28 Palancas Negras for the tournament, which will take place in Morocco from December 21 to January 18.
Having been knocked out at the semi-final stage three times (2008, 2010 and 2023), the Angolans are this time dreaming of lifting the much-coveted trophy. It’s a target the Palancas will try to reach without Bastos, Gilberto or Andrade, who are ruled out for the Moroccan AFCON. Note that Angola is drawn in Group B for AFCON 2025. The Palancas Negras will face South Africa in their first match on December 22.
