“He told me I was sexier when I was high,” Regina Daniels breaks her silence on Ned Nwoko
In a new chapter of their highly publicized split, Regina Daniels accused Ned Nwoko of manipulation and hypocrisy. The Nigerian actress denounced her ex-husband’s role in her drug use and the treatments he allegedly imposed on her.

Nollywood star Regina Daniels once again spoke out amid her marital dispute with Senator Ned Nwoko, from whom she is now separated. The actress accuses her ex-husband of hypocrisy, saying he himself encouraged her drug use while publicly condemning it today.
In a statement posted Saturday night on her Facebook page, Regina Daniels responded to remarks by the Delta North senator, who accused her of being a drug addict and of refusing to enter rehab. “You wanted me to go to rehab, but you’re the same Ned who used to tell me I was ‘sexier’ when I was high, that you loved me that way because it made me wilder and more romantic, exactly how you wanted me,” she wrote.
The actress also claimed that her ex-husband had locked up and medically coerced some of his partners. “Why don’t you also say that all your wives and ex-wives use drugs? And why not explain why?” she continued, before adding: “You confiscated my phones for weeks simply because you hate that I talk to my family.” These new revelations add to a series of mutual accusations between the actress and the senator, as their split continues to make headlines in Nigeria.
