Nigerian actress Regina Daniels reignited the controversy around her divorce from Senator Ned Nwoko, accusing him of possessing an intimate video of her. On her Instagram account, the Nollywood star responded to Nwoko’s recent accusations that she was using illegal substances. Regina Daniels firmly denied those claims, saying her ex-husband was trying to damage her reputation.
« My ex-husband destroyed my reputation with these lies, even though I trusted him so much that I shared my sex tape with him», she wrote. « I pray this video is never made public. He has always been one step ahead of me, but always for the wrong reasons. »
The actress also expressed her intention to take Nwoko to court: « My reputation is tarnished for now, but I will rewrite my story. I will fight with all my might in the courts », she said. This new episode has reignited the tension between the two former spouses, whose separation continues to provoke strong reactions in Nigeria.
